Not everyone likes to train alone. Sometimes, it is helpful to have a friend with you, so you can cheer each other on. Eric's training methods also offer you these types of training choices, so that you can get exactly what you are looking for.
One on One
The classic training program. You are the client and Eric is your trainer. In this type of training situation, Eric does not see himself as the drill sergeant but as a motivation partner who supports you in your goals. That’s how easy it is. He wants you two to achieve your goal together, and that is enough motivation for him to work just as hard as you do.
The EMC Method Group Training Class
Challenge your body for 45-60 minutes. Classes consist of: Tabata / Strength Training / Conditioning, which will having your body burning calories during class and even when class is over from 10 up to 72 hours!
Classes are designed to where all members can work at there own pace.
Customized 12 Week Workout Plans
If both yours and Eric's schedule are just too conflicting or you live in another state but you still want some direction, you may want to go with the 12 Week Workout Plan. These plans are customised to your goals, whether you choose to just do the workouts at home, or if you want to do it at a nearby gym. If you choose to do it at a nearby gym, Eric will take a trip to that gym and get an idea of what the gym has so he can tailor your workouts each month. You also will realize that each month things will be different just as if Eric was training you one on one. Your reps, sets, tempo, cardio, etc will be different each month so you and Eric can make sure your goals are reached. You also will meet with Eric for monthly measurements and weigh-ins.
