"For one, I appreciate your personality. You seem like you enjoy what you do Eric. You stay focused on your client the whole time. You make the workout easier because you know how to make the client laugh when the workout is getting tough which takes the client's mind off of how they are tired or struggling with the immediate task. You are friendly and talkative which puts the client at ease with you, which is good because a lot of clients are self conscious. You never make the client feel like they are doing a poor job... Times that I felt insecure becuase I was having a hard time with something, you told me that I was doing great and that I tried my hardest. It made me so I wasnt embarrassed about the fitness level I was at. Before I had you as a trainer, others seemed annoyed if I complained.
